Wendy Balman, CPCC, PCC, SSCS is a certified professional coach. Wendy specializes in one-on-one coaching, supporting people who want to increase their awareness, creativity, and leadership skills, to counteract workplace stress, and renew their energy and capacity to address opportunities and challenges with greater confidence and joy. She believes that people can renew and grow their capacity to create, learn and lead.

As a Past President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) Chicago chapter, she continues to be passionate about growing the profession of coaching in Chicagoland, and abroad, and providing the resources and support coaches need to reach their goals through mentor coaching.
As a facilitator / trainer, Wendy is passionate about developing leadership skills, creative thinking, and conversational intelligence in those seeking to optimize their strengths. She coaches individuals as well as develops and facilitates custom leadership development programs within organizations to create a more cohesive leadership culture based on trust and producing high energy and performance.
Wendy is also co-founder of The Leadership Collaborative, a team of coaches passionate about renewing individual leaders, teams and organizations at their core. The Leadership Collaborative focuses on developing leadership, strengths, and team performance to create positivity and productivity in work and life. The Leadership Collaborative operates as an extension of Wendy’s company Creative Coaching Solutions, Inc.
As adjunct faculty at Concordia University Chicago, she is an online and on-campus instructor for the “Organizational and Group Dynamics” and “Organizational Communication” courses that provide students a way to explore, learn and grow their communication skills in both organizational and personal settings. At Concordia University Irvine she’s an online instructor for courses on “Building Healthy Culture and Performance” and “Leadership and Transformation” for Organization Leadership M.A. students through the Townsend Institute.
